Critical Information

Lion & Lamb Ministries welcomes youths ages 13–18 to attend its annual summer youth camp on August 4—August 9, 2024. Campers must be 13 years of age by August 1, 2024, and not older than 18. The cost of camp is $395 per youth, which includes lodging for 5 nights, 14 meals, all activities, T-shirt, drawstring backpack, plastic water bottle, and a wristband.

All youth/adult forms (including Camp Wow release forms) are included for you to e-sign on the registration form. Do not print and email.

Please note our cell phone policy: Youths and Junior Staff will turn their phones into Registration on the first day of camp. Please refer to the Youth Contract for more info.

Important Dates

  • Final Payment: June 15th

  • Travel Itinerary due: June 15th

  • Registration Cutoff: July 15th

Registration Policy

Your registration form and permission forms, along with $50 (non-refundable deposit), are due at the time of registering. You are welcome to pay in full when you register, but at least $50 is due at that time.

When we receive your registration with the deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provide.

  • Balance is due not later than June 15th

A late fee of $50 will be applied to any outstanding balances or registrations after June 15th.

Refund Policy

  • A 90% refund may be given for any reason for a cancellation received 45 days or more prior to the event.

  • A 75% refund may be given for a cancellation received 31-44 days prior to the event.

  • A 50% refund may be given for a cancellation received 15-30 days prior to the event.

  • No shows or cancellations within 14 days of event are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

Please make sure to read and understand our travel policies before registering for Camp Yeshua. Read our travel information if you need transportation assistance from OKC airport to camp. Youth check-in starts at 3 pm on the first day of camp in the cafeteria.

The cutoff date for registration is July 15th. Please register before this date.
