About CY
Camp Yeshua is a Messianic youth summer camp situated in Oklahoma, youth from across the country come to be a part of this one-of-a-kind experience.
With so many Messianic/Hebrew Roots believers scattered about, often fellowships are made up of just a handful of families. In most cases, teens and young adults in those fellowships have few, if any, friends who believe the way they do. It is the goal of Camp Yeshua to provide a fun and safe environment for those believers to meet and fellowship with like-minded youth. The days of camp are filled with teachings and activities as well as plenty of fun, games, and time with friends. Each day is concluded with a full evening program of teachings and praise & worship, and we end each night with starlight Davidic dance. For the week of camp, the youth, staff, and junior staff are assigned to "tribes" where they will interact, midrash, and work together to encourage them to meet new people and strengthen relationships. We specifically separate friends and family members when we assign the tribes in an effort to get them out of their comfort zone to encourage the most amount of spiritual growth.
Each year, youth enjoy evening programs with daily themes to dress up and participate in. We have a jam-packed schedule to ensure you get the most out your registration cost. Tribes compete with one another in an effort to claim the coveted Spirit of Messiah Award.
In 2023 Daniel Musson became the Director of Camp Yeshua, and under his leadership the focus of the camp has been focused even more on solid Bible teaching, intimate worship sessions, and youth being able to make life long friends. Daniel lives in Bullard, Texas with his wife Melissa and daughters Lindsay, Ashley, Hannah, Autumn, and Melody. Daniel’s oldest, Kayla, married Michael Camero and they have since given birth to Daniel’s first grand baby Shiloh. They reside in Tyler, Texas.
After many years and hundreds of youth impacted, the results have been stunning. Parents have commented that their youth have grown tremendously in their spiritual walk as a result of our camp. Youth have commented that it is the best week of their lives and wish that it would never end. Some of the original youth who attended years ago are now married and serve as staff for the camp. It is only one week out of the year, but the positive effect our camp has on the youth lasts for a lifetime.
We encourage you to be a part of this life-changing event!
